📦 Returns & Refunds Policy — ToyBargainsUK

At ToyBargainsUK, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@toybargainsuk.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective, damaged, or

  • You receive the wrong item.

We’ll assess the issue promptly and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

  • Custom or personalised products.

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also do not accept returns on gift cards or sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without needing to provide justification.

As above, the item must be in the same condition as delivered — unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@toybargainsuk.com.
